Recruitment schedule

By April 30, 2026 - submitting research topics for which recruitment will be carried out by researchers holding the title of professor or habilitated doctor

By May 29, 2026 - presentation of the proposed topics by potential supervisors at the meeting of the Councils of Scientific Disciplines and their approval by the Councils of Scientific Disciplines

By June 26, 2026 - reviewing submitted topics by the Doctoral School Council at the Lublin University of Technology

By June 26, 2026 - announcement by the director of the Doctoral School at the Lublin University of Technology of a list of research topics and names of potential supervisors

August 3, 2026, to August 23, 2026 - electronic registration of candidates in the EHMS electronic recruitment system and payment of the recruitment fee

August 24 and 25, 2026 - submitting documents (in accordance with the guidelines) - deliver in person (ul. Nadbystrzycka 38B/406) or by post to the linked address with the note "Rekrutacja" (in the case of delivery by letter, the date of the postmark is decisive).

August 26, 2026 - sending information to candidates (electronically) about any possible deficiencies in the submitted documentation

September 2, 2026 - deadline for completing missing documentation

September 7 and 8, 2026 - interviews

September 10, 2026 - announcement of the ranking list
