W dniu 4 lutego 2026 r. odbędą się wybory uzupełniające do Rady Uczelnianej Samorządu Doktorantów Politechniki Lubelskiej, wśród doktorantów I roku kształcenia. Do obsadzenia pozostają 2 mandaty.  Za prawidłowy przebieg wyborów odpowiada Komisja Wyborcza, w składzie: mgr inż. Michał Kuszneruk - przewodniczący mgr inż. Wojciech Zbyszyński mgr inż. Alicja Zielonka

 Od kandydatów do Rady Uczelnianej Samorządu Doktorantów Politechniki Lubelskiej wymaga się:

1. Złożenia w postaci elektronicznej swojej kandydatury w terminie do dnia 26 stycznia 2026 r. do godziny 12:00 na adres m.kuszneruk@pollub.pl ze zgodą na upowszechnienie danych kandydata takich jak: imię, nazwisko, rok studiów;
2. Ponadto na potrzeby organizacyjne kandydat powinien podać dodatkowe informacje takie jak:
   • nazwa Katedry, do której kandydat przynależy,
   • tytuł, imię i nazwisko promotora lub kierownika Katedry/Instytutu,
   • dane kontaktowe takie jak: adres zamieszkania, adres poczty elektronicznej (e-mail), nr telefonu kontaktowego
3. Przedstawienie kserokopii aktualnej legitymacji doktoranckiej;
4. Przedstawienia krótkiego życiorysu;
5. Załączenia listy poparcia, zawierającej co najmniej 10 podpisów doktorantów Szkoły Doktorskiej w Politechnice Lubelskiej popierających kandydaturę wraz z numerami legitymacji z wyłączeniem głosu kandydata.

Wszystkie wyżej wymienione informacje zostają zabezpieczone przez Przewodniczącego Komisji Wyborczej, a na pisemne żądanie kandydata po zakończeniu wyborów lub wycofaniu kandydatury zniszczone.

Zgłoszenia zostaną poddane weryfikacji przez Komisję Wyborczą, która oceni ich zgodność z wymaganiami formalnymi.

Obwieszczenie kandydatur nastąpi 27 stycznia 2026 r.

Dear Doctoral Students,

Supplementary elections to the Doctoral Students’ Council of Lublin University of Technology will be held on 4 February 2026 among first-year doctoral students. Two seats are available.

The proper conduct of the elections shall be supervised by the Election Committee, composed of the following members:

• Michał Kuszneruk, MSc Eng. – Chairperson

• Wojciech Zbyszyński, MSc Eng. 

• Alicja Zielonka, MSc Eng.

Candidates for the Doctoral Students’ Council of Lublin University of Technology are required to:

• Submit their candidacy electronically no later than 26 January 2026 by 12:00 PM to the following address: m.kuszneruk@pollub.pl, including consent to the publication of the candidate’s personal data, such as: first name, last name, and year of study;

• Additionally, for organizational purposes, candidates shall provide the following information:

  • the name of the Department to which the candidate is affiliated,

  • the title, first name, and last name of the academic supervisor or the Head of the Department/Institute,

  • contact details, including: residential address, e-mail address, and telephone number;

• Provide a copy of a valid doctoral student ID card;

• Submit a brief curriculum vitae;

• Attach a list of endorsements containing at least 10 signatures of doctoral students of the Doctoral School at Lublin University of Technology supporting the candidacy, together with their student ID numbers, excluding the candidate’s own signature.

All the above-mentioned information shall be secured by the Chairperson of the Election Committee and, upon the candidate’s written request, shall be destroyed after the completion of the elections or upon withdrawal of the candidacy.

All applications will be verified by the Election Committee to ensure compliance with formal requirements.

The official announcement of candidates will take place on 27 January 2026.
